I built FriendlyOS because I grew tired of seeing how most software companies treat their users. Everywhere you look online, companies are taking personal information, tracking your every move, and selling your identity to the highest bidder. I believe your privacy should never be taken for granted, and I wanted to create something different — a digital experience that you can actually trust. FriendlyOS was built with one core rule: your personal data is yours alone, and it will never be used to take advantage of you.

Everything you save in FriendlyOS — your notes, photos, reminders, and messages — is yours. We do not look at your files, and we do not sell your information to anyone. We only store your data so that you can see it and use it whenever you want.

To make the computer easy to use, we offer features like voice control and smart photo organization. When you tap "Tap and Tell Me What to Do," your computer listens only for the moment you are giving a command to help you navigate — we do not record or store your conversations. When you ask a smart helper to organize a photo or summarize a news story, your computer sends only that small request to a secure helper to perform the task. Your personal data is never used to learn about you or sold to advertisers.

The choices you make — like how big the text is, what your background looks like, or which apps you keep on your home screen — are saved only so your computer remembers how you like it. This information stays with you to make your experience smooth and familiar.

We have included a Safety Center to help you spot things that might not be safe online. We do our best to help you stay away from suspicious websites, but remember to always be careful, just like you would be in the real world.

You are always the boss of your data. You can delete any note, reminder, or photo whenever you like, and it will be gone for good. You can also change your settings at any time, or turn off features like Voice Control if you decide you don’t want to use them.

FriendlyOS is a paid program that you keep and use for life. When you buy a subscription, we collect the information needed to process your payment — your name, email, and payment details. Your payment is handled by a trusted, secure payment service. We do not see or store your full card number. We only keep a record of your subscription status (whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan, and when your next payment is due) so we can keep your account working. We never sell your payment information to anyone.

We offer two simple choices: a monthly plan or a yearly plan. You pick the one that works best for you. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for monthly, or every year for yearly) so your service never skips a beat. The price you agreed to when you signed up is the price you keep. We will never surprise you with hidden fees or sudden price changes.

You can cancel your subscription anytime, right from the Settings page inside the app. No phone calls, no waiting on hold, no questions asked. When you cancel, you keep full access to FriendlyOS until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your subscription simply stops — you will never be charged again. We do not give refunds for time left in your current billing period, but you will never be charged for anything you didn’t sign up for.

We keep your personal information — notes, photos, reminders, and settings — for as long as your account is active, so it is there whenever you need it. If you delete something, it is removed for good. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your saved information for a short grace period (about 90 days) in case you change your mind and want to come back. After that, we remove it. We keep your subscription record (what plan you had and when) only as long as we need it for our records and to follow the law.

FriendlyOS is the sole property of its owner. Everything in this program — the name, the design, the words, and the way it works — belongs to the owner and is protected by copyright. You may use FriendlyOS for your own personal use, but you may not copy, duplicate, sell, or share it with anyone else, in whole or in part, without permission. This program was made with care for you to keep and enjoy — please help us protect it so it can stay simple, safe, and yours.
